Our warehouse is located in Los Angeles California and that is where we ship from. -
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
If an item you receive arrives broken or defective in any way, simply contact me and I will send out a replacement or issue credit to your account, whichever your prefer. Non-defective/non-damaged returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days and we will credit your account. -
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
I only ship in the U.S and Canada -
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your UPS service. -
What form of payment do you accept?
I can accept paypal and credit cards through paypal. I will however accept money orders through a bank but you need to email me first! -
Can you accept other forms of payment?
If you email me at jhanagriff@gmail.com I can accept a money order if you like. after it clears I would go ahead and ship your item.
