• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If you have an issue with an item bought, please contact me and I will see what I can do.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What method do you use to ship your items?

  I use USPS. If possible I try to ship flat rate priority shipping which is how my shipping rates are set. I try to ship everything with delivery confirmation and insurance in the US. It is not always possible for stuff being shipped out of the US and keep shipping costs reasonable.

• How do you package your items?

  I will try to put each item in a foam lined wooden box and include certificate of authenticity, artist card, and stickers if possible. The wooden box is then carefully packed up for shipping. Regardless, I pack each item with care so that it will arrive safely.
