• Where does this store ship from?

  Scotland, UK

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  All sales are final. Each toy is 100% inspected and we will never ship a damaged or broken item. Each toy is insured with the shipping cost. If a toy is damaged on arrival we will then make sure you get your money back once we have collected the money from the shipping company.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped UK orders can take up to 5 days via first class post. If you have contacted us directly for added UK Special delivery this should only take 1-2 days. International order can take up to 28 days but usually only take 1-2 weeks. If you have contacted us directly for other International courier delivery methods we will give you an ETA once shipped, ususally they take 1-5 days.
