Store FAQ

  • Where does this store ship from?

    Minneapolis, Minne-SNOW-ta!
  • What is this store's return and exchange policy?

    Your answer here.
  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We sure do!
  • How long will it take to receive my order?

I ship all diapers and larger items Priority Mail with signature confirmation. I ship small items (nursing pads, pacifier clips, etc) first class. I also ship Internationally First Class. Shipping time for International customers depends on how long the parcel is held at the border. If the price is comparable, I will upgrade to Priority International at no cost. Just an extra to get your baby goodness to you a little faster. If you would like another form of shipping, convo me and I will be more than happy to adjust your invoice and make shipping arrangements. Because my items are made to order, it may take up to 3 weeks to be delivered. I strive to have speedy turn around time but I do have a preschooler and a toddler who likes to "help" making production slow some days.
  • Sizing

Diapers: Small: birth - 12lbs. Medium: 10 - 22lbs. Large: 20 - 30lbs. XLarge:30+lbs. Another way of looking at it is as follows: Small: infant Medium: baby Large: toddler XLarge: Child But as with most diapers, the sizing is approximate. A thinner, but heavier child can fit into a smaller size longer whereas a buddha baby will need to go up a size sooner. I include a crossover tab so you can buy the next size up and get more wear out of the diaper. Longies: Small R: 15 W: 13 I: 6.5 Medium R: 17 W: 14.5 I: 8 Large R: 18.5 W: 16 I: 9.5
  • What is a typical wash routine?

WASHING Dispose of any solids in toilet and fold tabs onto themselves before tossing in dry pail before washing. A cold prerinse is helpful to soften and remove any solids left behind. Wash with 1/4 to 1/3 normal amount of diaper safe detergent. Use baking soda if desired. An extra rinse is helpful but not necessary. Vinegar can be added to the first rinse. Tea Tree Oil can be added to the last rinse. Line drying is preferable as it will extend the life of your diapers but you can also use a dryer. Washing does not have to be a labor intensive process. Your routine will depend on your type of water, you detergent, and the types of diapers you own.
