• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  No exchanges can be made on custom orders. All other items may be returned for a full refund less shipping, within 15 days of receipt of your order. (refunded to your PayPal account used to place originating order, after we have received your returned order).

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We apologize that we are not able to provide service outside of the US at this time.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Custom orders will require additional time for the items to be made before shipping. Then standard shipping times apply after order has been completed. Agreements will be made with consumer and AZ Always Creations to verify a more specific time frame that consumers can anticipate for the particular custom order.

  At this time, the best way to place a custom order is to contact us through email, telephone, or on Facebook and let us know what you are looking for. This one-on-one service allows us the opportunity to create what you are looking for specifically, as well as provide personal attention to your order.
