• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If your order is incorrect please contact us directly at (575) 762-8408 or email pennylaneclovis@email.com, within 5 days of recieving order. Prodcuts damaged due to incorrect shipping on our behalf depending on item and vendor can be replaced if not store credit will be exchanged. We absolutley MUST be contacted within 5 days of recieving order or refund/exchange is void.

• How long will it take to receive my order?
