• Where does this store ship from?

  Our workshop is based out of Turlock, California

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to do returns however we strive to make sure our customers are happy and will work with our customers to insure that they receive their Spa Treatment they ordered :)

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! Please Contact us through the tab and we'll find the best shipping prices available for you :)

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  We do not make products until they are requested by customers to insure full freshness, please allow 5-7 days for us to make your products and to insure they are safe to package up and ship out to you. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 3-5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 8 weeks.

• Do you accept large orders?

  Yes as a matter of fact we LOVE to create customized products, please send us a message and we will work together to create the perfect product you are looking for :)
