• Where does this store ship from?

  We ship from Pittsburgh, PA via USPS. If you would like us to use a different shipping method send us an email.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If you don't like what we send you or you order the wrong size you have 30 days to let us know and ship it back to us for a full refund.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  At this time we only accept orders inside the US. We plan to change this as soon as we can. If you really want to order something you can also send us an email and we can try to work something out. You may just have to pay more for the shipping.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Please read the store's shipping policy for more information.

• What if anything else is wrong with my order?

  First, check the <a href="http://www.storenvy.com/help/buyers">Storenvy Buyer's Agreement</a> for answers to a few more common questions. If all else fails, use the Contact form of the store you placed your order with.
