• Where does this store ship from?

  Directly from the artist, in Amman - Jordan.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  All sales of prints are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges. In case of damage during shipment please notify me within 5 days for a replacement print of the same image.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Of course!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 6 weeks.

• Any special care required for your prints?

  I recommend that you treat your prints the same as any original watercolor. It should be protected from water and should not be placed in direct sunlight. Also, they should be frame mounted behind glass. The process used to produce these prints is called Giclee Printing. This process enhances a print's lifespan, it can be expected to last in excess of 100 years.
