• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  All pre-made items can be returned in original condition for 100% refund less shipping fees. If product is defective, shipping fees will be reimbursed as well. All custom ordered items can be returned for a refund of price less cost of materials and shipping.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! However, shipping costs will be calculated and applied based on country to which item is being shipped. You will be responsible for full cost of shipping to your country.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
