  • What is this store's return and exchange policy?

    We offer a "Satisfaction Guarantee" policy on all purchases. Just ship your purchase back in the condition you received it, in the original bag/box and with the tags on it anytime within 30 days from the purchase. We can't refund your original shipping fees, but if we shipped you the wrong item or the item was damaged in transit, we'll refund all your shipping charges no problem. Your refund will be processed based on how you placed your original order. Credit Card orders will see the credit on the card's next statement.
  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    We sure do! Additional postage fees apply.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    This depends on where you are located. Your order will NOT ship out the day you place your order. Your order has to go through processing, printing and packaging before it’s ready to ship. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
  • I need help with my order. How can I contact you?

    If the text box doesn’t work for you just email us at FFRmerch@gmail.com. Please be sure to include your issue, full name and order number so that we may best assist you.
  • Can I change my address on my order?

    If you contact the webstore immediately after you place your order, we can usually make the change within 24 hours of placing the order. After processing is completed, changes are often impossible. Please make sure to include your full name, order number and the address you wish to change to when contacting the webstore.
  • Can I add/cancel an item from my order?

    For our customers’ protection, we cannot add items onto your order once it has been placed. We can remove and refund items if caught within the first 24 hours of placing your order. Please contact us as quickly as possible with your order number so we can quickly cancel the order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel the order but we will do our best to catch it before it ships.
