• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  All Sales Final. No Refunds. Because USPS does not always understand the concept of "fragile", bread can occasionally get smashed. I am not responsible for allergies! My ingredients are listed, and if you are at all concerned about the ingredients, contact me before purchase. I work with many items that may cause a problem for people with nut allergies (sweet almonds, walnuts, pecans and peanuts!) thus I cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions of any type. If you've received something from me that is not up to your expectations, let me know before you leave feedback. I guarantee I can make it better. Not only are you allowing me to become a better store owner, you are giving me a chance to make you happy, and I love a reason to make my customers happy!

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We are working on it.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  All Orders Shipping is Priority Mail (2-3 day only) Monday-Wednesday. If you order on a Thursday or Friday be aware your order will not go out until that Monday (your loaves will be baked on Sunday) I use delivery notification & tracking numbers for all of my shipments. Insurance will be applied to any order over $50. If the item is listed as 'delivered' by USPS, there is nothing more I can do for shipments claimed to be not received. I cannot be held responsible for lost packages, delayed packages or other USPS faults once the packages leave. Please notify me if you need it sooner, so we may arrange expedited shipping. Deadlines- If you need your package by a certain time, I strongly suggest you to upgrade shipping to UPS or FEDEX. Contact me about these options. I do not guarantee shipping, for any reason. Please forgive me, but I cannot guarantee any services rendered by the United States Postal Service. I normally do not ship to APO addresses. If you have a loved one that you would like items sent to at an APO address, please contact me directly so we can discuss shipping options.
