How long will it take to receive my order?
The estimated delivery time is based on our despatch time, the postal service selected, and when we receive cleared payment. We cannot confirm and are not responsible for shipping service transit times.
Once shipped most domestic orders (within UK) take anywhere from 1 - 3 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of local postal service.
International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Can I track my order?
You should receive an email, once your order is shipped, with your tracking information. This is sent to the email address you provided during the checkout process.
For your peace of mind, all orders placed from within the UK will be shipped through Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Signed For. With Recorded Signed For, you get next day delivery with most First Class items.
All orders placed from outside the UK will be posted though Airsure, which is fully tracked.

What if anything else is wrong with my order?
If you have any enquiries regarding your orders, please do not hesitate to contact us. However, you should take note of the following:
?? All products are undergone quality check before despatch. If faulty, we will contact you and offer a full / partial refund (the monetary value of the item(s), at the price you purchased them). Alternatively, we will replace the item(s) on request.
?? We do not accept returns, exchange or refunds after sale. We would advise you not to purchase from us if you are a total perfectionist, as the items might be slightly different from the photographs in terms of colors, measurements (1 - 2CM different), etc.
