• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If proof is provided then returns or exchange will take place along with one item for free for the trouble caused. However many digital items are non-refundable. All previews show exactly what you are getting so what you see is what you get and pay for.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks and at longest 3 months. Certain countries may find shipping to be painfully slow if ordering standard postage. The cause for delay is often because of customs from both the seller and the buyer and other customs it may have to pass through and meet shipping requirements. Packages may often arrive even slower still during holidays as customs really cracks down on parcels during that time of year.

• I feel as though my question might be silly. Will you answer me if it is?

  Of course! If you feel silly, don't worry I will answer you politely and seriously! Even if the answers are in the FAQ, still contact me if you have a question and I will answer you as best I can. Don't be afraid to ask. I apologise though if my answers are slow.

• Your price seems high and it's been a while since a discount was offered. May I request a coupon?

  Absolutely! Sometimes I forget to make them. If you'd like something a bit cheaper, feel free to ask for a coupon or discount code! I'll make a new one if you'd like! It's no trouble at all. For 2012 I have a year long coupon for 25%. The code is: YRofDRAGON
