• Where does this store ship from?

  We ship out of our home studio in Peoria, Arizona.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If you're unhappy with your order, please let us know right away. We'll do what we can to fix it for you, if you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. If we (or the shiping goblins) have made a mistake, please let us know right away, and we'll try to set it right. Our goal is for you to like Steam Crow and be really happy with your purchase.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, we do! We've shipped all over the world.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Please read the store's shipping policy for more information.

• What if anything else is wrong with my order?
