• Where does this store ship from?

  United States/ California

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If your item appears to be damaged through the mail, please contact me and I will replace it with a fresh new one. If you are not satisfied with the product you may exchange it in a 9 day period if your order exceeds $10

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We accept all types of orders outside of the domestic area (US), and we ship internationally. If you are currently using a currency besides USD you can use paypal. If you don't have paypal, we accept money orders as well (US only)

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  USPS First Class for all countries domestic (U.S.), or international. Within the U.S. or Canada, the item should be shipped from the day you ordered, to your household from 3 - 6 days. If you live outside of the U.S. or Canada, the item will be shipped from the ordering date to your household from 5 - 10 days. (I cannot offer expedited shipping, unless you are willing to pay a larger shipping amount)

• What are the shipping Fees?

  Despite your current residence, all shipping fees will be $1.71. If you live in Australia, the US, Thailand, Spain, etc. Depending on the amount (when the package goes over 7 ounces), I will re-calculate and shipping will be $2.00.
