• Where does this store ship from?

  Although all of Jack Sliemers' inventory comes from all over the world, we ship from our top secret warehouse in Denver, Colorado.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  All sales are final so choose your product carefully. Additional images may be provided prior to purchase if requested. You can also give us a call or send us an email.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes but shipping is an additional charge to the purchase and will be quoted after the order is verified either via email or telephone.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  All orders ship within 7 to 10 business days.
