What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Our main goal is to spread happiness and satisfaction with the things we create and the experience you have shopping at Creative Corks N' More. If you are not pleased with your product you receive, please contact us and we will gladly to discuss replacement/refund/exchanges depending on the circumstances and your needs.
The only exception would be when purchasing a Wine Cork Letter. If an order for a Letter is cancelled after one week (7 days) from the date of purchase, a partial refund (Half of the purchase price) will be issued due to the fact that after that point in time, we have already purchased all of the materials to complete that order.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do!
Please note that we are not responsible for any duties or customs fees or for shipping delays outside of the US.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping is made via USPS via Parcel Post. Once your package is logged in by USPS and in their care, I will not be responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged items.
If you would like insurance, or if you need it faster, please contact me to upgrade shipping cost.
I try and use recycled shipping materials to keep cost low and be as green as possible! However, all items are packed safely, with love and care.
I will always be glad to help in any way I can in the event of a problem, but I ask that my customers be reasonable. Once I ship a package, it is out of my control, and again, I am always willing to upgrade shipping, and the associated fees, for any and all packages at your request.
Please note that due high demand of our products, turn around time may take longer than usual. All orders will be shipped within 14 Business Days From Date Payment Is Received.
