• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Exchanges and returns are worked out with each customer as needed.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Outside the US orders require agreement on both parties.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Do you take custome orders?

  YES we do! If you have a piece of jewelry or bullet casings you would like turned into a custom made memory just let me know what you have in mind. I will do my best to make you a customized piece.
