• Where does this store ship from?

  Round Rock, TX which is only about 10-15 miles north of Austin, TX.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  ***Please take note that colors of my artwork may vary from how it appears on your computer screen. I'm sorry. I do not accept returns or exchanges. BUT, if the mail arrives damaged due to bad delivery service, please email me at sarahslamart@aim.com. I will only accept an exchange under this circumstance one week (7 days) after it is scheduled to be delivered.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  COPYRIGHT: I retain all copyrights to every original painting. The copyright does not transfer with the sale of any original painting and/or print.

• Shipping

  All ready-to-ship products will be packaged and shipped within two business days via USPS Priority Mail. ORIGINAL artwork will be shipped in USPS large flat rate boxes to insure extra security for a creation that can not be recreated. Originals will be shipped using USPS Delivery Confirmation® service, so I'll know when your item was delivered or when delivery was attempted using USPS's Track & Confirm tool. Prints and other items will be securely shipped in padded envelopes with a DO NOT BEND note on the front. Delivery Confirmation or Signature Confirmation is available upon request *****Please note that I am not responsible for a lost package. Insurance is available upon request.

• Cancellation Policy

  Cancellation Policy: I aim for speedy shipping on my part so PLEASE cancel within 12 hours of purchase. It will be difficult for me to cancel a payment after I ship a product.
