• Where does this store ship from?

  All our products are handmade in Bangalore India, and are shipped from our workshop here.

• Is there a warranty on the products sold?

  Products hand crafted and customized by Dream Catcher Leathers carry a perpetual warranty which warrants all our products from manufacturing defects for the life of the product. Leather is a natural product, and no two skins will look or react to the elements in the same manner. Since all our products are hand cut and hand woven, the finish of products will vary. If after time, you feel that you would like to have your product touched up within the confines of the existing design, it will be carried out free of cost.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If all goes well, you shouldn't need to return or exchange anything - but if you want to, you can mail the product back to the return address after having contacted us as to why you are returning it. Your shipping expenses will be refunded if there is any defect found with the product.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Of course! Items ordered through the online catalog are shipped within 2 business days. Custom orders will be shipped no more than 5 days after customizing your design.
