Store FAQ

• Where does this store ship from?

  There is no shipping involved. Zmonkey Designs are all digital.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  You will receive your files/digital items via email within 24 hours of receipt of cleared payment. More likely within minutes if I am home. For items that require me to install Storenvy items for you, then I should be able to complete it within 3 business days. Why so long? I have 3 kids, a hubby and a dog... I work when I can which usually means during nap-time or after bedtime.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Digital items can not be returned. Since what you see is exactly what you are getting, there should be no discrepancies. if there is ever an issue, please email us at contact@zmonkeydesgins.com Templates are sold and installed as they are. If you would like something minor changed, I can do that, but more than 2 simple changes (text color etc) will require additional fees.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Absolutely! Payment is made through Paypal, and email goes everywhere!

• What if anything else is wrong with my order?

  First, check the <a href="http://www.storenvy.com/help/buyers">Storenvy Buyer's Agreement</a> for answers to a few more common questions. If all else fails, use the Contact form of the store you placed your order with.

• Why the name Zmonkeys?

  Well, My last name starts with a Z, and my kids are monkeys.. it just fits.
