• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We want you to be happy with your items and we will accept returns or exchanges for most items (non-custom orders) within 30 days of the shipping date if your order is damaged in shipping. Just contact us to arrange for a refund/exchange. Returns or exchanges made without prior approval may not be accepted. Goods must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Note: Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable and are the full responsibility of the customer.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  We ship orders twice a week! Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What medium is your work?

  The majority of our posters and card sets are screen-printed…though we also provide letterpress services and have created some posters and cards with this method.

• What is a screen print?

  It’s a print created through the process of printing through a coated screen. Every color requires a new screen and therefore another run. Our posters are not reproductions or printed from a computer. They are hand-printed using only ink, paper, a squeegee, and a screen.

• What do you mean by hand-printed and/or limited edition?

  Hand-printed means the item was not mass-produced using a machine. Our posters and art prints are original screen-prints lovingly created and touched by our hands. They are all produced in a limited edition. This means an entire edition is printed at one time, never to be reprinted. This maintains the integrity of the edition and why they are all numbered and signed.

• I've designed a poster, business card and/or t-shirt ...will you print it for me?

  Cricket Press no longer prints other designer's work. We consider ourselves a Design & Print company…not just a print company. We'd be happy to print any design you'd like us to create for you!

• Why do some posters cost more than others?

  This all depends on a number of given variables….the size, the print-run, the amount of colors, the quantity we still have in stock. Any of these can determine what we choose to sell a given print.

• What's your privacy policy?

  We take your privacy seriously and will never share your personal information. Information obtained from our buyers is general in nature and is never shared with a third party. If you join our mailing list, your address is only used by us and will NEVER be sold or distributed to a third party.
