• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  RETURN POLICY/CANCELLATION POLICY: All HERBAL and TINCTURE SALES ARE FINAL. We cannot accept returns unless the error was ours. When you buy our products, please be assured they are of the highest quality. We strive for accuracy in pricing and descriptions. Should you find a discrepancy, please let us know as soon as possible. IF YOU WISH TO RETURN ANY GIFT ITEM, please contact Mary at crescentmoonherbals@yahoo.com and explain the reason for the return. You will be reimbursed your original payment (less shipping) by way of your original payment offering (i.e. Paypal or check) once the item has been returned in its original condition. All return postage is the responsibility of the sender and should be mailed "Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested" to assure secure delivery and arrival by the Post Office.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We currently do not accept orders outside the Continental United States.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Items are shipped via USPS. Any items returned due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer will be subject to additional return shipping fees. If the error is ours, you will not be billed any penalties. We ship to listed PayPal addresses. Please allow 24-48 hours for shipping of product.
