• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Because each Sisterly Tie is hand made and one of a kind, therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you are unsatisfied with your order, however, please feel free to e-mail us at sisterlyties@gmail.com and we are more than happy to work with you to make sure you are happy!

• Do I have to pay shipping if I live in Waco?

  No, you are welcome to pick up your order from us. Please enter the promotional code "BAYLOR" at checkout for free "shipping", and we will email you when your order is ready to be picked up.

• Note regarding colors

  Computer screens and dye lots may vary, therefore after you receive your order You may notice colors appear different than you expected but will be very similar or as close as possible to the photo depictions on the website. If you feel that you have received the color in error, please contact us!

• Do you guarantee that the hair ties will last forever?

  Well, forever is a VERY long time, so no, we can't guarantee that. We do our best to present quality products that will last for some time, but since they are elastic they may lose some elasticity with time. To care for your hair ties, hand wash them with a mild detergent (or just plain water), then pat them dry, then re-form and leave them on a towel overnight to fully dry! This will ensure a longer lifespan for your ties. (Also, we don't suggest wearing them in the shower!)

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• Care for your Sisterly Ties

  To care for your Sisterly Ties, gently scrub with soap and water, and leave flat to dry. Try to keep them out of the shower-- too much water and pressure may cause discoloration or fraying. While each Sisterly Tie is heat sealed (by us!), fraying my occur with extended use.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Orders take approximately 5-10 business days to be created; we do our best to send them out as quickly as possible, based on our stock at the moment. If you need your order quicker than this, please select USPS Priority Mail shipping at checkout! Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service and distance from our location (Texas). International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
