• Where does this store ship from?

  Hooniverse Headquarters is located in Fremont CA. Merchandise will be shipped from Headquarters unless otherwise noted.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If there is a problem with your order or you are not happy with your purchase you may send it back in original condition for an exchange or a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Shipping cost will be your responsibility. • Do I need a Storenvy or PayPal account?

  No and no. Of course if you do have an account with either Storenvy or PayPal you may choose to use it.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes we do ship outside the US. However, please note the change in shipping cost when ordering outside the US.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Orders will ship within 1 to 3 business days after they are placed. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
