What is this store's return and exchange policy?
I'm happy to accept exchanges for non-wearable items you feel were described incorrectly or grossly misrepresented. If you want to exchange your item, you will be responsible for shipping back the item and you will also be responsible for cost of shipping of having the item resent. I do not provide refunds. I'm sure you will be happy with my workmanship, but if you have an issue please don't hesitate to contact me BEFORE you leave neutral or negative feedback.
Many of my items have buttons or other small pieces attached, which can present a choking hazard for infants and young children. Please use your discretion as I will not become liable for any incidents.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes, via USPS.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
What is your shipping policy?
I ship USPS First Class and First Class International. For heavier items, I ship USPS Parcel Post. I will be shipping to your confirmed shipping address unless you tell me otherwise. PLEASE NOTE: I am not responsible for lost or stolen items with the shipping carrier.
I want to order an item as a gift for a specific holiday. How much time before the holiday do I need to order?
I highly recommend placing your order a month before the holiday, if not earlier. I get very busy during holiday season, so with the increase of orders in addition to shipping time, your item may not arrive in time if you order during the month of the holiday. I’ll do my best, though.
