• Where does this store ship from?

  All our items are shipped from our studio in Hong Kong.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Since all our products are made-to-order, we can only accept exchanges and returns for faulty items. Please contact me if you think you've received a faulty item! :)

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Normally your order should be arrive within 14 working days, but please leave up to 3-5 weeks for delivery in busy times or in case it gets held up in customs. Please note that our affordable Economy Shipping does not offer any tracking.
