What is "Sweet Serendipity" and what do you sell?
"Sweet Serendipity" is a team of 2 sisters that are passionate about crafts and all things kawaii and somewhat peculiar. Our goal is to provide one-of-a-kind gifts and keepsakes that are made with artistry, dedication, and most important, a vivid imagination that's always looking for ways to turn ordinary materials into truly extraordinary masterpieces. Some may be simple, others more complex, and yet they are all handmade with love.
In general, our catalog will constantly be changed or updated as the products offered vary according to the season and/or to the materials we've got available at the moment. And while some items may easily be re-stocked, there will be others that once they're gone, they are really gone.
Among the merchandise you are likely to find at our store, there are some unique pieces of jewelry as well as handbags, art toys, plushies, soft dolls, amigurumi, oil paintings, keychains, hair accessories, and whatever we come up with. And best of all, some products may even be personalized and commissions are gladly accepted.

Currently, the "Sweet Serendipity" headquarters are located in Mexico City.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes we do!!! Sweet Serendipity gladly accepts orders from all around the globe.
We offer the lowest international shipping costs possible, so you can enjoy shopping with us even more!!!

What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Sorry, but all sales are final.
Because of the amount of time and effort we put into making each and everyone of our products, we do not accept returns or exchange orders. Besides, many of our items are one-of-a-kind, therefore they cannot be replaced.
That's why we encourage you to carefully read the product description before placing an order and to contact us if you've got further questions.
What is this store's refund policy?
Once again, all sales are final, ergo we don't refund orders.
We always do our best to make sure your package will get to you safe and sound, but if something goes wrong because of the post office, we can't be held accountable. That means we're not responsible for lost or damaged items, delays, or errors made by mailing company.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We use registered mail to ship all of our orders. We do not ship on weekends and national holidays.
The estimated delivery time for domestic shipments is 2 to 8 business days and for international shipments it may vary between 3 or 4 weeks (or even longer).
Once shipped, we will provide a tracking number so you can check the status of your package. Be aware that packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. We have no control over them and cannot predict what they may be. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Do you take custom orders?
Yes, we do!!!
But only to serious and patient customers and as long as it is stated in the product details.
Normally, the items that can be customized will include a form that you need to fill out and send to us, so we know how you would like your product. We kindly ask that you be as precise and clear as possible in your description.
All custom orders require a non-refundable deposit/full payment up front and they are processed in a first-come, first-serve basis.
Also, please be aware that the manufacturing times specified in the product description, are only approximates and may vary due to various scenarios.
