What is this store's return and exchange policy?
If there is any problem with your order please send an e-mail to email@example.com.
If we sent you the wrong shirt or size, we will be more than happy to reimburse the shipping costs on returning the order to us for the exchange.
However if you would like to exchange your order for a different size than the one you ordered, we will gladly exchange your order, but no shipping will be reimbursed. Please note that quantities, especially on our summer shirts, are limited. If you would like to exchange your order for another size that was available at your time of purchase, there is no guarantee that size will still be available. Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org before beginning the process of a return or exchange, for full instructions.
There is a no-return policy on all of our merchandise.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes, We are glad to inform you that we do accept orders placed outside of the US.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Please read the store's shipping policy for more information.
