  If you are not satisfied with any product for any reason Presence Photography will do our best to either replace the product if damaged or poor quality, and if necessary refund payment with return of product. Shipping fees are non-refundable at this time. If you have questions, concerns or feedback please don't hesitate to contact us!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
