• Where does this store ship from?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  YES! We ship worldwide! <3 SHIPPING RATES: USPS US $5 and up USPS INTERNATIONAL $9 and up

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If you are not happy with your purchase, or need a different size, please email: TokyoHardcoreLOVE@yahoo.com. We will be happy to exchange the items, as long as they are in brand new, unused condition, with the tags attached. You will be responsible for ALL to and from return postage. Please contact us immediately if you need a different size or replacement item. We cannot guarantee that the requested items will be available by the time you send us your returned merchandise. If your items are no longer available, a credit will be issued and will remain in our system for you to use at a later time. No Refunds.

• Do you wholesale?

  Yes, some of our products are available for wholesale. Send us an email if you're interested in carrying certain products in your store!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Your order will be shipped within 24 to 72 hours of receiving it. All orders are shipped USPS first class mail and include tracking and delivery confirmation. Orders totaling $100 or more include insurance. You should receive your order within 3-5 business days from the time it ships for U.S. residents. International shipping, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. If you would like your order sooner, (overnight, 2day, etc.), please email us at TokyoHardcoreLOVE@yahoo.com In the unlikely event, we are not responsible for parcels stolen or lost. please contact USPS.com
