• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  All items are final but,I'm happy to please and if there is a problem contact me so we can work out anything If you change your mind on a item already purchased that i have not made then I will be more than willing WORK SOMETHING OUT .However,If have made your custom order then no refunds or exchanges can be processed due to that item being made just for you. I take pride w/ what make and always give my 100% w/ it. If not completely happy w/ anything please email and i'll be happy work any differences you might have. Please ask any and all question if have any. PAYMENT-Is paypal only.My time is needed to make w/ CUSTOM ORDER and can usually take 3-6 weeks depending on supplies i have or have to order.If needed by certain time PLEASE email that along w/ added info.Once Custom order is made w/ layed out details to insure they are how want them.I will create a listing for you in my Etsy shop, where by you can click the link I'll provide and purchase.   Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
