• Where does this store ship from?

  Peachy Sweet Shop is located in the heart of the San Fernando Valley, in the always beautiful sunny state of California!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Domestic Orders: Once shipped most orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International: There are no guaranteed arrival dates, only estimated dates of 3 - 9 weeks, may be longer depending on destination and efficiency of postal service/customs as well.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes. Please be aware that although Peachy Sweet Shop does ship internationally there is no tracking or insurance included with your order. If you would like to add tracking and insurance please be sure to contact me before paying, the charge for any added service will be added to the already existing calculated shipping. This also means tracking or insurance will not including regular shop shipping fees. If no additional services like tracking is purchased Peachy Sweet Shop is not liable and will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. We hold the right to refuse refund or exchange for any lost or damaged items.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  No returns or exchanges will be made. Please be sure to ask any questions you may have BEFORE completing your order. :D
