• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from S&C frames. If the product is returned in new and unopened condition, you will receive a full refund of the original purchase price, less any shipping and handling fees within a fair amount of time from the shipping date (12 days). ALL shipping and handling fees are non-refundable once the product has been processed for shipment. The cost of initial shipping and all return shipping is solely your responsibility. If your purchase was eligible for Free Shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your credit or refund. A refund can be refused if the following conditions are met: 1. The product return is not authorized 2. The product is completely broken and unusable 3. The product is returned incomplete 4. The product is returned beyond the required return date. (12 days)

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! However, shipping charges will be more and you will need to allow extra time to receive your order.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
