  • What is this store's return and exchange policy?

    Since everything is handmade and made to order, we can only offer store credit for any DOA (damaged on arrival) items. Any item that is DOA, send back within 3 business days of receipt and we will issue a refund of your purchase price, excluding your original shipping charges. As you may expect, we ask that you return your purchase in unused condition, with its original packaging intact. Please take a look below for specific instructions regarding your merchandise. To return an item please contact us via email BEFORE returning your item back to us. We will need to know the following information: Order number : item description : qty : and reason for return. Send this information to orders@materializeme.com Please allow 1-2 business days for a response. Please follow these guidelines to send back your order to be refunded. After we have received your return, and approved it for a refund, we will credit you with a refund via paypal minus the shipping and handling charges. Please allow up to one week for delivery, inspection and refund issue.
  • Payment method?

    All orders on hold with unconfirmed full payment that are placed via paypal will be automatically cancelled after 3 business days. Please contact customer service as soon as your order is made to avoid your order being cancelled if you plan on taking longer than 3 days to pay. Rawr Stitchings does not prepare or ship any merchandise unless full payment has been received. At the moment we only accept paypal (e-checks take from 2-10 days to clear. We will prepare your order after e-check has cleared). To complete your shopping cart process, once you reach the end, you choose paypal as your payment method.
  • What happens if I have a late return?

    Unfortunately, items received after the 3-day return policy cannot be accepted for a refund, however we will issue you a store credit if received within 5 days. If we receive your package after 5 days, we will return the package to you as it credits no value. If we receive the same late return package a second time, we will keep your merchandise and no credit will be issued.
  • I received an item that was defective or damaged.

    If you believe a product was shipped in error from Rawr Stitchings, turns out to be defective, or was damaged in transit, please contact customer service so we can resolve the problem. Please keep in mind that all return requests must be made within 3 days of receipt for defective or damaged goods.
  • What is Rawr Stitchings's return shipping policy?

    Rawr Stitchings will only pay for shipping charges due to merchandise that is an error in processing (i.e.: receiving the wrong item). All other return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
  • What is Rawr Stitchings's shipping policy?

    Rawr Stitchings uses prepaid USPS whenever possible (tracking numbers will be provided). Should you want to ship via FedEx, please send an email to orders@materializeme.com; extra charges may be applied should you want your item shipped via FedEx.
  • When will my order ship?

    Because all items are made to order, usually all orders received are shipped within three (3) days.
  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Unfortunately, international orders are not accepted at this time. Any orders placed overseas will be refunded immediately. We are working on becoming international.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
