• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Because of the nature of handmade returns are not accepted. Please make sure what you want to order is something you will truly love, cherish and be able to care for. Occasional exchanges are welcome.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Sure do! Shipping rates are calculated for you on the checkout page. US & Canada ship $5 flat rate.

• Shipping Info:

  Shipping is available for both domestic and international orders. DOMESTIC: Please allow 2-3 days for your purchase to be inspected and packaged all cute like before it is shipped. For made to order items allow 10 days. If you need it sooner, email first with a heads up. All orders ship via USPS First Class for a flat rate fee of $5 and are mailed to the shipping address provided at checkout. All domestic orders include delivery confirmation & insurance INTERNATIONAL: Please allow 2-3 days for your purchase to be inspected and packaged safely for international travels. For made to order items allow 10 days. All orders ship via USPS International First Class* mail to the shipping address provided at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs fees for their country. Customs forms are provided as proof of shipment.* *canadian orders ship $5 flat & include tracking/insurance *Just Lovely Things & Heather Smith are no longer responsible for goods shipped once they have left the studio and are placed with the Post Office for shipment to the given address on the customer’s order receipt. Please inquire with your post office with the given tracking information for any claims. Delivery confirmation is provided upon request and is included with each purchase.

• Where does this store ship from?

  All items are created in a smoke & pet free studio in Grants Pass, Oregon. They are hand made, inspected and packaged with lots of love. Any vintage materials used in the creation of any accessory will be sprayed with an odor nuetralizer.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  After your order ships you will be notified via PayPal email. Domestic 2-5 days, Canada 7-14 days, International 10-21 days.

• Do you offer wholesale?

  Heck Yes! Line sheets are provided upon request to brick & mortar store fronts upon approved application. Online shops must be in operation for a minimum of one year and provide a list of all competing shops. Please shoot over an email to shop@justlove.ly for all details.
