• Where does this store ship from?

  All items purchased from T. Marie Designs are created, photographed, packaged and shipped by me from my hometown of Norman, OK. (U.S.A.)

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If you are unsatisfied with your item, I will provide an exchange or refund no longer than 3 days after receiving. If you are choosing to return an item, the money will be transferred back into your PayPal account (excluding shipping costs). If, for whatever reason the jewelry purchased from me should break or come undone, I will gladly fix it. no questions asked. You pay to ship it to me for repair and I will pay the cost to ship the item back to you, so you can buy with confidence!

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  T. Marie Designs does not accept orders outside of the US at this time. We hope to expand to international sales shortly.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Please read the store's shipping policy for more information.

• What if anything else is wrong with my order?
