• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  If you are unhappy with any items you purchased from Moon Lave, we want to hear about it. We'll work with you to resolve any issues you may have with our products, in a way that's feasible for both parties. Feel free to contact us at (281)900-5463.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do -- if your order is shipping to Mexico or Canada. If so, there will be an additional shipping fee of $12.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  We schedule orders for pickup and shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS) for three days after the day of purchase. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What's in your products?

  We strive to keep our products simple, and that includes our list of ingredients. To make bath cubes, we use sodium bicarbonate, citric acid, coconut oil, cornstarch, tartaric acid, essential oils, colorant and witch hazel. To make our bubble cubes, we use sodium bicarbonate, sodium laurel sulfate, glycerin, essential oils, colorant and tartaric acid. That's it.

• How does the Buy Three Get One Free deal work?

  We're glad you asked! Whenever you purchase three items from Moon Lave (as part of the same order), you have the opportunity to get a free item. We asked that you choose a free item priced at an equal or lesser amount than the average price of your three purchased items. And we'll ship it to you in one neat package.

• What are bath cubes?

  Bath cubes are compact, handmade bath bombs/fizzies. They are designed to add moisturizing oils and fragrances to your bath, leaving your skin soft and scented long after you emerge from the water. To use a bath cube, simply drop a cube into your warm bath water. The citric acid reacts with water to create a fizzing effect, which releases the bath cubes' natural ingredients into the water. Then simply hop in and relax.

• What are bubble cubes?

  Bubble cubes are compact solid bubble bath. To use them, just crumble a bubble cube directly in the stream of running water as you fill your bath tub. The water pressure reacts with the ingredients to create foamy bubbles in your bath. The higher the water pressure, the more bubbles the cube will create. Enjoy!

• How long does the product last?

  When you purchase bath or bubble cubes, you receive a set of four individual cubes of that variety. Each cube is perfect for one bath, so you will have enough for four baths. Bath cubes are effervescent, but the fragrance and moisturizing effect will stay with your skin for hours after your bath.
