• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Urban Insurgents always wants you to get what you want, but in the event that you would like to exchange or return an item please abide by the following guidelines: - Send an email to zach@urbaninsurgents.com, or use the comment link on the store page. - All clothing must be returned unwashed and unworn with the original tags still attached. - No stains, pet hair, human hair, make-up, smoke smell, or other unappropriate smells. - Clothng that has been worn and/or washed, cannot be exchanged or returned.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Urban Insurgents accepts orders placed outside of the US.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Please read the store's shipping policy for more information.

• What if anything else is wrong with my order?
