• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  No returns or exchanges. If a bigger or smaller size is needed for a bracelet than the already specified length, I need to be contacted within the first 24 hours after purchase. If you would like your order insured, I need to be notified within the first 24 hours after purchase-I do not insure orders unless requested. I will only replace orders that have been damaged during shipping if they are insured, if I am contacted immediately and with a picture of the damage to the item(s).

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes but it will take longer to get there!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. I do not work on the weekends-I have 5 kids and a husband and that is our family time. I will need 1-3 business days to complete your bracelet(s) unless you order more than 5 bracelets, then I will need 4-7 business days to complete your order.
