• Where does this store ship from?

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  No exchanges are possible. As the products are handmade there will be some differences in each piece. Please understand these differences before buying. We photograph all the items in natural outdoor sunlight to represent them as best possible. However there maybe some minor differences in the color in each individual computer screen and the actual item. The items will be packed well to prevent any damage. If you desire we can send it with insurance - please contact us for the shipping charges.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We accept orders from all countries except Israel & South Africa due to some postal restrictions by the government. Sorry.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 7 to 15 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 8 weeks.
