Store FAQ

• Where does this store ship from?

  All packages are shipped from Auckland, New Zealand and will be sent out 1-3 days after the order has been placed.

• Do you make customized items?

  Yes!! and I love doing so, check out my Facebook page to view custom pieces made for people. If you want something made please email me. contact@withlovefrommonique.com

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Items are all handmade with love and care. If the item is defected in anyway or is not what it was pictured as please contact me within 5 days with an image of the item so I can fix this problem for you, either with a replacement or the part of item. I do not to exchanges on a item you have changed your mind on. Please note that orders for customized items cannot be cancelled. If your parcel by chance gets lost in the mail I will happily look into it and send another out to you. I do not do refunds for lost mail unless under special circumstances.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Of course and I will happily do so!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Orders in New Zealand will take abou 2-5 days to arrive and international will take about 7-20 working days. If your package has not arrived please email me. contact@withlovefrommonique.com
