• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  REFUND & EXCHANGE All sales are final. Please note the delivery times given by Singapore Post: ❥ Normal mail takes about 5-18 working days for international airmail parcels, however it can take up to 5 weeks when delayed at customs or during festive seasons (in Singapore or your country). ❥ Registered Mail takes about 5-15 business days to arrive, however it can take up to 5 weeks when delayed at customs or during festive seasons (in Singapore or your country). ❥Most orders above $25 (before Shipping/handling) will ship via registered mail with tracking. Alternatively, you can request for registered mail on orders under $25 and the shipping cost will be adjusted accordingly. Do note we cannot be responsible for lost mail if no request has been made to register it (unless we have no records of sending them) ❥ ❥ If you have not received your parcel within 3 working weeks after it has shipped, please contact us. We take non-delivery cases very seriously, and will do our best to rectify any problems. ❥If you are from (Italy, France, or Israel), it is highly recommended that you register your parcel (note us for details!) • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We ship worldwide, and internationally. We mail out orders within 1-3 days upon receiving payment. ❥Most orders over $25 (excluding S/H) are upgraded to registered mail shipping. Alternatively, you can request for registered mail on orders under $25 or purchase the registered mail link. ❥ Orders ship by regular mail by default. Please request for registered mail if you wish to track your parcel!

• How long will it take to receive my order?
