• How do I take care of my wooden item?

  Please treat this purchase with the same love and care it was created with: - These toys are made of wood – do not let them sit in water or other liquid as they may absorb the water and crack or warp. - Wood toys can use a little rub-down with some beeswax every now and then. Or even better, a mix of beeswax and jojoba oil or beeswax and coconut oil. - We carefully sand and inspect every item we make. But stuff happens - be aware of any developing splinters or sharp corners. - To clean your toy, wash it with a 50/50 mixture of vinegar and water. • What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  All items may be exchanged for 30 days from the ship date. We can't give a refund, but we'll give you store credit for anything we make. We can't take exchanges for custom orders unless something is wrong with it. Our toys are made from all-natural materials. Be sure to follow the included care instructions, and you should get a lifetime of use out of our toys. But sometimes wood is contrary, and if something happens within the first month of the sale, convo with us so we can make it right.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Please allow 5-10 days (plus shipping time) for us to hand craft your item(s). Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
