• Where does this store ship from?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We sure do! Shipping rates are calculated for you on the checkout page. Note: International buyers please know that you may be responsible for paying duties and taxes on your pretties once they arrive in your country. Contact your local customs office for details.

• Payment Information

  Your order will be processed through PayPal. You do not have to have an account with PayPal in order to make a payment. Simply follow the instructions during the checkout process. If you live in the state of Texas sales tax {8.25%} will be added to your order at checkout. Currently we only accept Paypal as a payment method.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  We ship all orders via USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation, unless otherwise stated, and guarantee all orders to be completed and shipped within one week of payment. If you'd like to upgrade to Priority or Express Mail please contact us prior to ordering so we can provide you with a shipping quote. We ship to the address on your PayPal account, so please be sure to use the address you want your order shipped to when purchasing. Please Note: Rush shipping available for an extra charge. Contact us for rates. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  A Pretty Shoppe provides all customers with a worry-free exchange/return policy for 30 days from the date of purchase on all non-personalized items. Items purchased at a discount or on sale can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for store credit only. Buyer is responsible for postage and packing items appropriately. Any damaged items will not be refunded.
