• Where does this store ship from?

  For our US customers, we ship from Ocean City, Maryland. For our European Union customers, we ship from our distribution warehouse in London, UK.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  We have a 7 day return policy for products that are defective. All of our products have warranty with the manufacturer and should a product need to be returned for any reason other than being defective, there will be a 15% restocking fee.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Absolutely! If you are in the EU, we ship from our London facility. If you are outside of North America and the EU, please contact us for special arrangements.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive. EU orders will take approximately 2-10 business days which include processing, fulfillment and delivery time.

• What if anything else is wrong with my order?

  First, check the <a href="http://www.storenvy.com/help/buyers">Storenvy Buyer's Agreement</a> for answers to a few more common questions. If all else fails, use the Contact form of the store you placed your order with.
