Where does this store ship from?
Candles are shipped from Grand Forks, ND, a beautiful midwest state.
Do you use parafin in your candles?
No, the wax i use is an all natural soy wax. I have experimented with several types of soy waxes and the one i use is, in my opinion, the best.
Why is there a frost look to the wax?
Natural soy wax has a tendancy to "frost". Most people do not mind this as it indicates a natural soy wax candle with no parafin added.
I melt and pour my wax at very specific temperatures. I also cure them in a very specific temperature controlled room. All of this creates a soy candle with very minimal (if any) frosting to the look of the candle.
Are your candles 100% natural?
I cannot market my candles as 100% natural as i add color dye and fragrance oils to them. My customers prefer the beautiful colors of the candles, however, if you prefer no dye used, indicate that when ordering. Your candle will be a natural creamy color.
What type of wick do you use?
My candles are wicked with a natural cotton wick.
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
No exchanges are available. Returns are accepted for damaged or incorrect products. Please contact me, my goal is to leave all customers happy.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
