  Absolutely! I love special orders. Please contact me with your request and we'll work out the perfect item for your needs and discuss time frames for the creation of your item and shipping costs.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Sure do! Please contact me for your specific shipping charges.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Most of my items are ready to ship and will ship out within 2 business days of your cleared payment. If a special circumstance arises I will contact you with any additional information. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. During holidays and peak times, this time frame can vary.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as PayPal.com. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Refunds and exchanges are taken on a case-by-case basis. My hope is that you are completely satisfied with your items, but if you're not, just contact me and we'll work it out. Your satisfaction is extremely important to me. Contact me within 5 working days of receiving your package and I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly. I will accept a return/exchange of the item in its original condition. You will need to pay the return shipping expenses. Please contact me first before returning/exchanging any items. Once I have received and inspected the item, I will refund the full purchase amount, minus shipping fees.
