• Where does this store ship from?

  San Francisco Bay Area, California, USA

• What is this store's return and exchange policy?

  Jewelry is NOT eligible for returns or exchanges. My pieces are costume jewelry and will change color/rust over time - it's just the name of the game when you're working with non-precious metals. These materials *will* rust over time, and that process can be sped up if your baubles aren't properly stored, if you wear lotions, or if you bathe/swim in them.

• GIVEAWAY WINNINGS - PLEASE READ

  Giveaway winnings/store credits must be used within thirty (30) days. Sorry, but no exceptions can be made on this one. It is a way to help keep my taxes in order, and I thank you in advance for your understanding!

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  **IMPORTANT** Glitter and Gloss automatically ships to your Paypal address. If you need your product(s) sent to an address other than what is listed in PayPal, please send us in email (glitterandglossblog@gmail.com) as soon as you've placed your order indicating the preferred shipping address. Typically you will receive your custom Glitter and Gloss pretties in 7 to 10 days. If you need an order rushed, it may be possible for an additional fee, as well I can do rush shipping for the additional USPS fee. Please email me (glitterandglossblog@gmail.com) for details

• Do you accept large, special orders?

  Absolutely! Several of my jewelry designs have been used for bridal parties, and my mason jar daisy lids have been used for countless weddings, showers, parties and events. Please email me - glitterandglossblog@gmail.com with specific questions!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. International orders are shipped once a week.
